We require the original Classic Beauty Supplies invoice for all returns or exchanges. Customers who purchase online may send us a copy of their invoice instead of the original.

All products to be returned or exchanged must have their complete original packaged materials including any manuals, printed materials. All returned goods must be in resalable condition, inspected and approved by our staff.

Within 7 days of purchase (14 days for online purchases), items may be returned under the following conditions*:

• Defective products may be returned for exchange for credit.
• Unopened and unused products are eligible for exchange or credit.
• Opened or used products cannot be returned due to health considerations.

* There is no exchange or credit, on open box items. 

After 7 days from purchase (14 days for online purchases), Classic Beauty Supplies will only accept defective products for warranty service.
